Our remote ADSL testing probes have alerted us to a potential issue from location number 1/5, this is currently under investigation.If this is the only alert, it will more than likely not be Customer affecting. |

This issue has been traced to data being sent twice to our radius/accountancy systems over the past few days. Whilst this is being resolved, we have written a workaround into our systems to compensate for the above and are please to announce the bandwidth monitor facility to be back online as normal.

After a recent server upgrade it would appear the system for calculating customers bandwidth has hit a problem therefor please disregard the bandwidth email sent today (2008-08-10) as it is incorrect. Should you require fresh, accurate information on your usage levels please raise a ticket in the online helpdesk. |
