Broadband Monitor Issue (1)  Our remote ADSL testing probes have alerted us to a potential issue from location number 1/5, this is currently under investigation.If this is the only alert, it will more than likely not be Customer affecting.  18/08/2008 13:43:19 
Re: Broadband Usage Figures / Email  This issue has been traced to data being sent twice to our radius/accountancy systems over the past few days.
Whilst this is being resolved, we have written a workaround into our systems to compensate for the above and are please to announce the bandwidth monitor facility to be back online as normal.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Broadband Usage Figures / Email  After a recent server upgrade it would appear the system for calculating customers bandwidth has hit a problem therefor please disregard the bandwidth email sent today (2008-08-10) as it is incorrect.

Should you require fresh, accurate information on your usage levels please raise a ticket in the online helpdesk.
